We have an Online Control and Monitoring System of Temperatures which allows us to control in a specific way the temperature of each of the cameras. A system calibrated and certified to the exact standards.
We have a hydrant network, this network forms two rings, one encloses.
The other ring covers the Cold Chambers, covering the area of maneuvers. The hydrant network is supplied by a Jockey pump which in turn has a reserve tank of about 230,000 liters. Complementing our fire system we have an Intelligent Central Alarm, which monitors online the different sectors of the plant.
The only deposit in the country that has a double backup system installed in its country, composed of four sets of generators with a power of 2000 KVA that allows to cover the interruptions of the supply of the electric network.
Our plant has private security 24 hours of the day. In a complementary way we have a monitoring center, to which 60 cameras of last generation are installed in different strategic points, also reporting the alarm sensors that own each access of the property, we also have a perimeter energized to prevent any type of Instruction in order to safeguard the products of our customers.
We have a BMP system which is in constant evolution adapting us to the demands of our clients and those of the official control organisms. This system allows us to ensure responsibility for the management of the formally documented procedures necessary to maintain an effective food safety program.
